Gerrymandered Out of the Voice and a Vote
The matter of voting rights is making its way back into the mainstream media as the election season picks up steam. Voters need their sounds, and their votes counted. However, lots of the newest congressional districts have now been drawn in a manner that limits the vocals and voting power of men and women of color, which includes repercussions for the democracy beyond the breach of individual liberties.
